In memory of Dith Pran..

I am absolutely disgusted with the media and people in general. How is it when a famous person who is fodder for the paparazzi dies it gets plastered all over for weeks, even months.. and the general public is all teary about it. But when someone who deserves to be recognized and mourned dies, it just gets a little blurb the day after they die and that's about it.. what the hell is wrong with society?

Dith Pran passed away on March 30,2008. This man did a lot to get the genocide in Cambodia in the public eye. He's the one who came up with the term "killing fields" for the mass graves that were the result of the Khmer Rouge.

Go learn more about this man.. he's much more amazing than any actor/singer that is loved just because they are famous.
